Chagee Modern Tea House, one of China’s most celebrated milk tea brands, is making its long-awaited U.S. debut with a flagship location at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles.
Officially opening to the public on Saturday, April 26, Chagee will host a grand opening celebration on May 9 at its sleek new storefront on the mall’s top deck.
Founded in 2017 in Yunnan, Chagee has grown into a global phenomenon with over 6,400 stores across Asia—including China, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Known for its artisanal milk teas and striking presentation, Chagee serves each beverage in chic cups reminiscent of luxury porcelain, elevating every sip into a refined experience.
The Los Angeles menu includes favorites such as the peach oolong tea latte, roasted oolong tea, jasmine green tea latte, and a decadent caramel tea frappe. Guests can choose between regular or oat milk for their lattes, and every cup is brewed using Chagee’s exclusive AI-powered extraction process, ensuring precision and flavor in under one minute.
In addition to its premium tea selection, the new shop also features pastries sourced from Farmshop, including a jasmine tea-infused cruffin, ricotta cake, chocolate chip cookies, and classic croissants.
With its Nasdaq debut under the ticker “CHA” and a stylish U.S. flagship in one of L.A.’s busiest shopping destinations, Chagee is poised to become a new staple for milk tea lovers in America.
