Nestled in the heart of northeast Fresno at Shepherd and Willow, Drip Tea Cafe is redefining the local milk tea experience with a global twist. This innovative tea destination, founded by Selena Le, invites guests to “sip back and relax” while discovering a world of flavors crafted from years of tea-sourcing and cultural inspiration.
Le, passionate about elevating every sip, shares, “We’ve spent years sourcing the best teas, trying to cultivate something that tastes great right here.” The result? A menu boasting over 20 tea bases, each offering a unique flavor profile designed to appeal to both seasoned tea aficionados and curious newcomers.
“Most people know green or black tea,” Le explains, “but within those categories are endless variations shaped by different ingredients and steeping methods.” Drip Tea takes this complexity and transforms it into signature creations like the sticky rice milk tea infused with spring tea and mango jam—an homage to Thai dessert traditions.
For those craving comfort with a twist, the honeycomb tea latte, sweetened with locally sourced honey, is a must-try. And matcha fans will find not one, but two distinct variations, aligning with the global matcha craze.
The cafe also fuses global dessert trends with its drinks—try the layered Dubai chocolate crepe cake alongside the indulgent Dubai chocolate milk tea latte for a rich, textured treat.
Beyond flavor, Le designed Drip Tea Cafe to be a cultural mosaic. “We want to feature flavors from around the world, while also embracing what makes Fresno and the Central Valley unique,” she says.
With its bold blends and thoughtful curation, Drip Tea Cafe is more than a milk tea stop—it’s a journey through taste, culture, and community.
