The family behind L.A.’s popular Thai restaurant, Jitlada, is now expanding into the bubble tea scene with the opening of the first ChaTraMue in Orange County.
Located in Westminster, this new boba shop will specialize in the iconic Thai tea, using a traditional tea-pulling technique called “chak cha,” which is both intricate and time-consuming.
The tea is brewed using leaves sourced directly from the ChaTraMue farm in Chiang Rai, Thailand, ensuring an authentic taste.
This new location will offer a variety of beverages, from classic Thai tea to matcha milk teas and vegan options.
The shop aims to introduce more people to Thai culture through its tea, staying true to the ChaTraMue brand that has been serving premium Thai tea since 1945.
