Silk., the popular bubble tea brand, is thrilled to announce a new collaboration with artisan pandan brand Pandan Man. From March 10 to April 6, enjoy an exclusive collection of cakes and drinks that highlight the rich and aromatic flavors of pandan.
The collaboration features a must-try creation, the Pandan Cheese Cloud Mini Cake (HK$78), a delectable pandan chiffon cake layered with creamy milk foam, tea-infused jelly, and mango. Topped with Silk.’s signature handmade cheese cloud, this treat is a perfect balance of soft texture, refreshing pandan fragrance, rich cheese flavor, and sweet mango.
To complement the cake, Silk. introduces the Mango Pandan (HK$45), a refreshing drink made with fresh pandan juice, ripe mango, and jasmine green tea. This unique beverage beautifully captures the vibrant essence of pandan while offering a fruity and aromatic experience.
In addition to these exclusive items, Silk. will also be serving Pandan Man’s famous Pandan Mochi (HK$15 each), made with fresh pandan extract and coconut milk, offering a deliciously sweet bite with shredded coconut and palm sugar.
The Pandan Cheese Cloud Mini Cake will be available exclusively at Pandan Man’s pop-up at Hysan Place in Causeway Bay, while the Mango Pandan drink can be found at all Silk. locations. Be sure to get there early, as these limited-edition items are only available while supplies last!
