Core Home Acquires BUBLUV, Expanding Milk Tea Brand to Major Retailers

Core Home has successfully acquired BUBLUV, a cutting-edge milk tea brand that merges authentic Asian boba tea with a health-conscious, modern twist. Known for its innovative approach to ready-to-drink, shelf-stable boba tea, BUBLUV offers a lineup of better-for-you beverages with no artificial ingredients, 20-50 calories, and just 0-1g of sugar. The brand’s signature flavors—Black Milk Tea, Matcha Soy Latte, and Passionfruit Oolong Guava with Jelly Pearls—are made with antioxidant-rich loose-leaf tea.

This acquisition signals a major expansion for BUBLUV, with the brand now launching at Albertsons and expanding to Target in April. BUBLUV’s founder, Diana Ark Chen, will join Core Home to spearhead sales, marketing, and innovation as part of their growth strategy.

Core Home, known for its sustainable and design-forward housewares brands like BKLYN Steel Co. and Core Bamboo, is excited to extend its commitment to innovation into the food and beverage industry. The acquisition of BUBLUV marks a key milestone in their journey to disrupt the market with healthier, trend-forward products.

BUBLUV will also be exhibiting at Expo West 2025, with the goal of growing its national distribution. Visit them at Booth 7815, Hot Products Pavilion, in Anaheim, California from March 5-7.
