Easy Boba Enhances Customer Experience With New Loyalty Card Program

Easy Boba, India’s premier bubble tea brand, is continuing its growth trajectory with the launch of its highly anticipated Loyalty Card program. Aimed at enhancing customer engagement, the new initiative rewards patrons with free drinks and exclusive merchandise after a series of visits.

The Loyalty Card, which is valid for one month and can only be used at a single Easy Boba outlet, offers customers a free drink after their fourth visit and free merchandise after their eighth. While the card can be transferred between users, it cannot be combined with any ongoing promotions.

Adnan Sarkar, Founder of Easy Boba, shared, “This Loyalty Card is just one of the many ways we aim to connect with our customers and show our appreciation for their continued support. As Easy Boba grows, we want to create a community where our patrons feel valued and rewarded.”

With 20 outlets already operational across Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat, Easy Boba continues to shape India’s burgeoning café culture by offering a diverse menu, including vegan, dairy-free, and low-calorie options, all made with high-quality ingredients.

The brand’s expansion reflects its commitment to bringing the authentic international bubble tea experience to India. The Loyalty Card program further enhances customer satisfaction while reinforcing Easy Boba’s role as a key player in the country’s growing bubble tea market.

In addition to this launch, Easy Boba is planning to open more outlets nationwide, offering even more tea lovers the chance to indulge in their favorite bubble tea creations.
