Java Loco Coffee & Bubble Tea, the popular Northern Virginia-based cafe, has opened its fifth location in Crystal City, offering an exciting menu of bubble teas, espresso drinks, and brunch items. The new spot, located at 2777 Crystal Drive, marks the brand’s first venture into Arlington.
Specializing in both traditional bubble tea and Vietnamese coffee, the cafe introduces a variety of drinks, including their popular Strawberry L’Amour—a refreshing strawberry milk tea with strawberry puree and popping bubbles, part of their selection of 18 milk and fruit tea varieties.
In addition to bubble tea, Java Loco serves frappes, fruit smoothies, and specialty lattes, with flavors like pistachio, Irish cream, lavender, and Biscoff cookie butter. The new Crystal City location also offers a variety of baked goods, savory bagels, avocado toast, and delicious sourdough deli sandwiches for breakfast and lunch.
Exciting new menu additions include a savory spinach quiche and a rotating selection of soups, with options like chicken noodle, lobster bisque, and broccoli cheddar.
To celebrate the opening, the Crystal City cafe is offering a 15% discount on all orders through the end of February. Java Loco is currently open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with plans to extend hours in the spring.
Founded in 2013 by husband and wife team Nam Tran and Nga Ho, Java Loco has grown to five locations across Northern Virginia, making a name for itself as a go-to spot for bubble tea and specialty drinks.
