Heytea’S Birmingham Launch Draws Long Queues As Fans Flock For Free Drink Offer

Tea lovers in Birmingham are queuing for up to three hours to experience Heytea, the popular milk tea brand that just opened its first branch on Corporation Street. The excitement has been palpable since the store’s grand opening on February 6, with fans traveling from across the Midlands, especially to take advantage of a special buy-one-get-one-free promotion running until February 10.

Heytea, founded in China in 2012, has become a global sensation with 3,400 locations worldwide. The Birmingham location is offering a range of drinks priced between £4.50 and £6.90, including fan favorites like the Coconut Mango Boom. Part-time employee Brian Chan noted that although the store has been incredibly busy, by afternoon, wait times typically drop to about three hours.

Easbell Lie, a 23-year-old Nottingham student, was one of the many fans who waited in line for a taste of Heytea’s famous drinks, showing just how much the new store is already making its mark in the city.
