The name “Silk” pays homage to the silk stockings traditionally used in the preparation of classic Hong Kong milk tea, ensuring that every cup is crafted from a cherished 50-year-old recipe.
Located at Orchard Gateway’s B2 level, the outlet combines a chic black and white minimalist interior with vibrant iridescent details, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers to enjoy their drinks.

At Silk, the signature drink to indulge in is the Smooth King (S$7.50). This delicious concoction features the brand’s unique tea blend, a rich cheese foam, honeycomb, and black boba. With its delightful balance of flavors, the Smooth King lives up to its name—smooth, indulgent, and irresistibly rich, yet not overly sweet. Health-conscious drinkers might want to opt for a lower sugar level (30%) to enjoy its flavors without the guilt.
Another standout is the Yuen-Yueng Reimagined (S$8.90), a contemporary take on a local favorite. This visually striking drink combines Silk’s signature milk tea and black coffee, topped with the velvety cheese Cloud and a toasted crème brûlée. Portion control enthusiasts will appreciate that this drink comes in a smaller size and also includes unlimited cheese foam top-ups for 30 minutes after purchase.
