Burlington County Welcomes Chaava: A Fresh Take On Boba Tea And Desserts

Chaava, the newest addition to Burlington County’s vibrant shopping scene, is set to open its doors in the Village at Cambridge Crossing shopping center. Positioned next to LA Fitness, Chaava is set to occupy the former location of Smoothie King at 4310 Dearborn Circle. The highly anticipated soft opening is scheduled for September 12, 2024.

Chaava promises to be a destination for both boba tea enthusiasts and dessert lovers. The shop will offer a diverse menu featuring boba tea, smoothies, cakes, waffles, and bingsu – a traditional Korean shaved ice dessert topped with a variety of sweet ingredients. This new venture is spearheaded by Suttinee Yookhansawad, who also owns the acclaimed Bhan Thai restaurant located just a short distance away in Mount Laurel.

Expanding the Dessert Landscape

Chaava’s arrival fills the space left vacant by Smoothie King and introduces an exciting new flavor to the bustling shopping center. The addition of Chaava not only complements the diverse offerings of the Village at Cambridge Crossing but also enhances the area’s appeal to shoppers and food enthusiasts alike.

“Chaava is our new boba and dessert store,” Yookhansawad shared. “We’re thrilled to bring a fresh and exciting experience to the plaza, building on the success of Bhan Thai and offering a new range of treats for the community.”

Strategic Location

The Village at Cambridge Crossing is a prime location, situated along Route 38 and close to major landmarks such as Rowan College at Burlington County and Interstate 295. The shopping center is surrounded by other popular establishments, including Panchero’s, LaScala’s Pronto, Cold Stone Creamery, Ruby Tuesday, and Chico’s, among others. Chaava’s strategic location ensures easy access for local residents and visitors from neighboring areas.

Additionally, Chaava is conveniently positioned near other busy shopping destinations like Centerton Square, which hosts a Target, Wegmans, Costco, and Top Golf. It’s also approximately three miles from Moorestown Mall and the East Gate shopping center, making it a well-situated spot for shoppers and foodies exploring the region.

A Sweet Addition to the Community

Chaava’s opening represents a significant addition to Burlington County’s culinary landscape, promising a unique blend of flavors and experiences for dessert lovers and boba tea aficionados. With its commitment to providing high-quality treats and a welcoming atmosphere, Chaava is set to become a favorite spot for both casual visitors and dedicated fans.
