St. Johns Town Center, Jacksonville – Komma Tea & Natural Homemade Desserts, originating from Sunrise and known for its presence across six states with eight locations, is set to expand into St. Johns Town Center.
A recent permit issued by the city on June 18 to FH Enterprise Holdings Inc. of Davie indicates a project cost of $189,000 for the build-out at 10281 Midtown Parkway. Komma Tea plans to occupy a 1,269-square-foot space within the shopping center, joining the lineup of stores anchored by P.F. Chang’s.
The company’s Florida footprint currently includes locations in Sunrise and Pembroke Pines, with forthcoming sites slated for Jacksonville and Altamonte Springs in Florida, Augusta in Georgia, and Nashville in Tennessee, according to their official website, kommatea.com.
Komma Tea specializes in a variety of offerings including milk teas, refreshers, and their signature “Kommacaron” macarons, available in 12 flavors and freshly baked.
As Komma Tea continues its expansion, it aims to bring its unique blend of natural homemade desserts and beverages to new communities across the Southeast.
