Crafted from a blend of minced meat infused with massaman curry flavors—cumin, coriander, lemongrass, coconut, and chili—the meatballs are braised in a spiced gravy, delivering a fusion of Italian base and Asian flair, reminiscent of a culinary journey with nonna to Ko Pha Ngan. Nestled in a soft potato roll and adorned with finely grated parmesan, these meatballs promise a savory delight.
