Owners David and Hieu Le have crafted this business as a representation of their passion for boba tea. “Both of us are such massive foodies but then in particular, we also have an extra stomach for boba,” says David. Their journey began with a playful idea born out of post-travel blues. “When we always traveled, we would get post-depression from all the travels – so it’s like, ‘we missed boba from Seattle, we missed boba from New York, we missed boba from Miami.’ So one day we were just joking about it. ‘Why don’t we just have a boba truck in our driveway and we can make our own boba anytime.’”
The result is Bing Tea, a mobile cafe that brings their beloved boba tea to boba enthusiasts everywhere. Whether you crave a classic milk tea or a refreshing fruit tea, Bing Tea has something to satisfy every boba lover’s palate.
