Fat Bee Cafe
Location: 1312 Round Rock Avenue, Round Rock
Opening: First-ever Texas location, already open

Teas: Boba, fruit, milk, and slushies
Mix-ins: Bobas, jellies, and bursts
Coffee: Cold brews and espresso-based drinks
Desserts: Croffles (croissant-waffles) with toppings like cinnamon sugar and Oreo crumble
Background: Founded in Overland Park, Kansas in 2017, Fat Bee Cafe has expanded to Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, and Washington state before opening in Texas.
The Alley
Location: 1468 East Whitestone Boulevard, Suite 400, Cedar Park
Opening: Tuesday, February 27

Deerioca Drinks: Featuring its signature boba teas
Flavors: Brown sugar, ube creme, matcha
Other Beverages: Teas, fresh fruit drinks, snow velvet drinks (teas with cheese foam), milk teas, and yogurt drinks
Desserts: Croffles in both sweet and savory varieties
Background: Founded by Chiu Mao Ting in 2013 in Taiwan, The Alley has expanded globally with locations in Asia, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the United States. In Texas, it has cafes in Katy, Plano, and Garland.
These new openings bring a diverse array of flavors and unique boba tea experiences to the Austin area, providing locals with exciting new spots to enjoy their favorite drinks and treats.
