Wonder Tea and Sweet: Bringing Authentic Chinese Boba Teas and Sweets to Cache County

Location and Offerings

Wonder Tea and Sweet, a new addition to downtown Logan, offers a delightful array of boba teas, non-tea boba drinks, and a variety of sweets. Situated at 13 West Center Street, the shop is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. This tea shop, run by Selena Feng and Michael Cao, aims to introduce authentic Chinese teas and drinks to the local community.

Menu Highlights

The menu at Wonder Tea and Sweet includes:

Boba Teas: Milk teas, fruit teas, and non-tea boba drinks.

Smoothies and Other Drinks: A variety of refreshing options.

Sweets: Cookies, waffles, ice cream, and traditional Chinese black sugar.

Origins and Inspiration

Cao’s inspiration for the shop dates back to a trip to China in 1998. After experiencing boba tea in Hong Kong, he dreamt of bringing this delicious beverage to America. With years of experience in the restaurant industry, including owning Black Pearl Sushi in North Logan, Cao and Feng decided to realize this dream after selling their previous business.

Challenges and Solutions

One significant challenge has been sourcing authentic ingredients, such as handmade black sugar, which they import from China to maintain authenticity. Despite these hurdles, Feng and Cao are committed to offering high-quality, unique items to their customers.

Community Connection

Feng and Cao cherish the relationships they’ve built with their customers over the years. Reopening a new business allowed them to reconnect with former patrons and witness the growth of their young customers.

Why Visit Wonder Tea and Sweet?

Authentic and High-Quality Boba: The shop prides itself on offering some of the best boba teas, meticulously crafted with a blend of six different tea leaves for a unique flavor.

Healthy Options: The menu includes low-calorie, healthy drink options to cater to various dietary preferences.

Welcoming Atmosphere: The owners envision the shop as a cozy, friendly space where people can relax, enjoy a drink, and have conversations.

Future Goals

Feng and Cao aim to continually introduce new and exciting items to their menu, ensuring there’s something for everyone. They hope to create a beloved local spot where friends and family can gather, enjoy authentic Chinese teas, and feel at home.
