REX BOBA, the beloved bubble tea cafe, is marking a significant milestone as it celebrates its one-year anniversary in the heart of Carlisle’s Lanes Shopping Centre. Originally opening its doors in May 2023, REX BOBA has become a local hotspot known for its unique offerings and Asian fusion cuisine.
The cafe boasts a diverse menu featuring local specialties such as bubble and milk teas, along with an array of beverages including milkshakes, smoothies, and coffee. Complementing these drinks is a tantalizing selection of Asian fusion hot foods, including ramen, dumplings, and bao buns.
As REX BOBA commemorates its first year in The Lanes Shopping Centre, a spokesperson expressed their gratitude for the warm reception from the Carlisle community. They shared their excitement for the milestone celebration, which includes a scratch card giveaway for the first 100 customers on May 30th, offering prizes ranging from Polaroid Bluetooth Speakers to free drinks and cookies.
The spokesperson highlighted REX BOBA’s commitment to offering unique products, from American-style cookie s’mores to viral Samyang noodles. However, their mainstay remains the vast variety of drinks, featuring refreshing boba, fruit smoothies, and delicious shakes blended with customers’ chosen combinations of chocolate bars.
