Boba Queen Tea & Thai Sweets: A Taste of Authentic Taiwanese Boba in Montgomery County

Bringing the vibrant flavors of Taiwan to Montgomery County, Boba Queen Tea & Thai Sweets stands as a testament to the culinary passion of Thai couple Pawarise and Ohm Nilkamhang. Initially established in the Conroe area last April, the establishment swiftly garnered acclaim, prompting a subsequent expansion to a second location in Montgomery in July.

Rooted in Local Passion

For Pawarise and Ohm Nilkamhang, the journey to Boba Queen Tea & Thai Sweets was born out of a shared aspiration to bring authentic flavors to the Conroe community. With Ohm’s prior experience in owning a Thai restaurant in New York, the couple initially aimed to establish a restaurant in Conroe. However, faced with logistical constraints, they pivoted towards a different culinary venture—a genuine Taiwanese boba shop offering an assortment of Taiwanese and Thai teas.

Inspired by Family Traditions

Pawarise Nilkamhang recounts how their familial fondness for boba served as the catalyst for their business endeavor. Upon relocating to the Conroe area in 2021, the couple found themselves traversing to Houston in pursuit of their beloved boba fix. Determined to bridge this gap in the local culinary scene, they embarked on their entrepreneurial journey, culminating in the inception of Boba Queen Tea & Thai Sweets.

Indulge in a Flavorful Experience

At Boba Queen Tea & Thai Sweets, patrons are treated to an extensive menu boasting an array of milk teas, fruit teas, slushies, and smoothies, complemented by an enticing selection of toppings. Among the customer favorites are the Thailand tea, sourced directly from Thailand, along with classics like brown sugar milk tea, Oreo cream milk tea, and taro milk tea.

To elevate the boba experience, the establishment imports an array of toppings from Taiwan, including house boba, crystal boba, mixed jellies, aloe vera, and popping boba, ensuring a delightful fusion of flavors and textures in every sip.

As Boba Queen Tea & Thai Sweets continues to captivate palates and hearts alike, it emerges as a cherished culinary gem in Montgomery County, inviting locals and visitors alike to embark on a journey of taste and tradition.
