The proposed site for Komma Tea’s newest venture is 10281 Midtown Parkway, where the city is currently reviewing a permit application for the build-out. Spanning an estimated project cost of $189,000, Komma Tea is slated to occupy a 1,269-square-foot space within the bustling shopping complex, catering primarily to takeout clientele.
Although the specific store unit address remains undisclosed, the location is anticipated to be situated within the vibrant strip of stores anchored by prominent brands such as P.F. Chang’s, Sephora, and Kay Jewelers.
