Birmingham’s boba tea scene just got a flavorful upgrade with the opening of Tay’s Teas, a new grab-and-go shop specializing in authentic Thai-inspired milk tea and refreshing boba drinks.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo Yanisa and James Odom, Tay’s Teas started as a successful pop-up before evolving into a vibrant brick-and-mortar location at 1701 1st Ave S, Unit 105, in Parkside.
The menu transports customers straight to Bangkok with bold and colorful options, including classic milk tea, butterfly pea lemonade, fruit teas, smoothies, and a variety of chewy boba toppings.
Perfect for a post-park refreshment, Tay’s Teas is open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., offering Birmingham locals a taste of Thailand’s beloved milk tea culture right in the heart of the city.
