Boba Bhai, the popular milk tea brand, has expanded its reach by launching its ready-to-drink, shelf-stable bubble tea on the quick-commerce platform Blinkit. Known for delivering everyday essentials within minutes, Blinkit now offers Boba Bhai’s premium bubble tea, which boasts a 270-day shelf life and spill-proof packaging designed for a smooth delivery experience.
“We’ve seen bubble tea transform from a niche drink to a mainstream favourite in India, and with our Blinkit launch, we’re making it even more accessible. This is more than just a product launch; it’s the start of a new category in quick commerce,” said Dhruv Kohli, Founder of Boba Bhai.
The brand anticipates that quick-commerce platforms will account for 10% of its total sales, helping the company tap into a rapidly growing segment. Following the success of the Blinkit launch, Boba Bhai plans to expand its reach to major cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and Kolkata, with exciting new flavors and limited-edition variants on the horizon.
Additionally, Boba Bhai is in discussions to launch on other quick-commerce platforms, including Instamart and Zepto, strengthening its presence across India.
As part of its expansion, Boba Bhai has also introduced an exclusive range of ice creams with flavours like Banana Bling, Purple Daze, and K-Pop & Chill, now available for delivery through Swiggy, Zomato, and Instamart in cities such as Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi.
