New Permanent Location for Popular Boba Food Truck

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Shiba Boba, known for its delectable boba milk tea drinks, has recently unveiled a new permanent eatery at 2435 S. State Street in Salt Lake City. Originally launched from a food truck as a means to engage with the community, Shiba Boba has experienced significant growth over the years.

Manager Jessi and social media manager Kortney joined host Surae on Good Things Utah to discuss the evolution of Shiba Boba. The establishment, renowned for its specialty in brown sugar tapioca boba, ensures the freshness and chewiness of their boba by slow-cooking it each morning. This signature ingredient is featured prominently across their menu, which includes favorites such as Matcha, Thai, and Royal Milk Tea.

Shiba Boba distinguishes itself with a meticulous approach to sweetness, employing a unique measuring technique to ensure every drink achieves the perfect balance. Their commitment to quality extends to their fruit-based boba drinks, which are crafted daily using real fruit rather than artificial additives or syrups, setting them apart from other boba establishments.

Moreover, Shiba Boba offers patrons the option to elevate their experience by adding creamy vanilla ice cream to any beverage, enhancing the overall indulgence for their customers.
